Thank you for the opportunity to work with your company for the production on the mascot Character Costumes. We are lined up to produce the first set of 10 - 20 and can ship 8 mascots to you per month. We will also be providing you with a full time trained staff member who will come down for 1 month and teach your staff to maintain the mascots. This is so you can arrange have a dedicated cleaning and repair team in house and not have to send out for expensive cleaning or repairs. The person we send is a graduate of Grant McEwen Theatre program and is a well established performer. She will be putting on a workshop for your performers, so they will be up to date on all the latest performing techniques.
We have a dedicated team available to produce all your mascot needs. The same production staff will be working on your project and only your project. This way you will have the same look and feel to each mascot.
We are committed to providing our clients with only highest quality products. To this end we employ the following standards:
· Only top quality materials are used in construction to maximize mascot lifespan.
· Our staff are held to a high standard of workmanship. Emphasis is given to detail and proportion.
· Costumes are built to optimize performer comfort.
· Our customer service is outstanding.
· Before a mascot leaves our factory it is fully inspected and given a trial run to ensure all components are functioning properly.
· All mascots come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
On average our mascots last from 5 - 10 years with proper care.
